He is currently leading a $9M+ OT cybersecurity program for a major Houston energy operator — overseeing architecture, budget, vendor selection, and delivery across 300+ well-pads and a cloud-native Azure OT environment.

Carlos Medina — Co-Founder & Managing Member
Carlos is Co-Founder of RegretShield Consultants and a CISSP-certified cybersecurity and IT/OT infrastructure leader. He built Encino Energy's first cybersecurity program from the ground up, serving as de facto CISO. He led global network infrastructure at Apache Corporation across oil rigs, data centers, and international offices. At RegretShield he leads all client development and technical strategy.
