Our Story

Founded by Will Dotson and Carlos Medina

RegretShield Consultants was built by two practitioners who spent their careers inside the organizations they now serve. We have built cybersecurity programs from scratch, managed global network infrastructure across oil rigs and data centers, and delivered $50M+ in capital programs at Exxon, EOG, BP, Apache, Encino Energy, BHP Billiton, and CenterPoint Energy. We don't advise on what we've read — we do what we've done.
